bd71850mwv是运用罗姆此前积累的处理器用电源技术,集成了i.mx 8m nano family处理器所需的电源和功能的pmic。内置适用于i.mx 8m nano family的电源on/off时序器,不仅可以实现小型化,还容易进行应用设计,有助于大幅削减开发周期。

集成了控制逻辑、降压dc/dc转换器(buck converter)6ch、ldo6ch,只需1枚芯片,即可向处理器,以及应用所需的ddr存储器供电。而且内置sdxc卡用1.8v/3.3v开关、32.768khz晶体振荡器的缓存、各种保护功能(各电源系统的输出短路、输出过电压、输出过电流和热关断)。配备高功率转换效率为95%的降压dc/dc转换器,可在1节li-ion电池到usb的大输入电压范围(2.7v~5.5v)内工作,是适合i.mx 8m nano famil适用领域的pmic。
