the file formats that can be read by the speech lsi utility are as follows. file format: riff waveform audio format (extension: wav) sampling frequency: 4 to 96 [khz] bit resolution: 16[bit] or 8[bit] number of channels: 1 (monaural) codec: linear pcm in addition, stereotype files with two channels will be read after being converted to monaural type by the conversion function of the speech lsi utility.
please load the wav file into the lapis original tool speech lsi utility and convert it to data for speech synthesis lsi. you can replay the sound code data generated here.

when creating sound code data with speech lsi utility, select 4.000mhz as the master clock frequency (fosc). this setting adjusts the sampling frequency to match the master clock frequency.
for riff wave files (* .wav), the bit precision corresponds to 16bit or 8bit. it does not support 24bit. please refer to "2.3.1. input files" of the speech lsi utility user's manual for the readable format.
