this reference design uses the bm2pab1y-z.
- 1.adjustable output voltage with external resistor
- 2. low switching loss and low emi by frequency 25 khz
- 3. internal start up circuit 730v(peak)
- 4. internal super junction fet 730v(peak) (ron = 1.2ω)
- 5. internal current sense resistor (detection current 1.76a)
- 6. contributes to low emi by internal hopping function
