sub-ghz lsi
ml7425是集rf单元、if单元、modem单元和host接口单元于1枚芯片的sub-ghz无线通信用低功耗lsi。
rf频率支持145～1020mhz。另外，由于安装了带宽可调的信道选择滤波器，因此支持接收带宽为1.7khz～1200khz的系统。
ml7425支持欧洲智能仪表通信标准（wireless m-bus）中的n模式（169mhz）、f模式（434mhz）和s/t/c/r模式（868mhz）、日本小功率安防系统无线基站和特定小功率无线基站标准(arib std-30、std-t67、std-t108)、全球范围的sigfox标准。
ml7425还具备ieee802.15.4g和wireless m-bus数据包处理功能。

the ml7425 evaluation kit provides gui interactive software for pc for easy configuration of transmit and receive tests. in addition, by using the rf test macro, telec test items can be measured immediately.
