概要
本系列产品采用高耐压工艺,实现了42v的业界超高耐压,还可与一次电源(直接连接12v电池)相连接,在使用电压容易受情况影响而急剧波动的电池电源时,有助于提高产品的可靠性。另外,该系列产品的耐压范围宽达2.7v~38v,适用于各种应用。不仅如此,通过采用rohm自有的内部拓扑结构,使功耗比普通产品低20%左右,实现了仅为1.9ma的业界超低消耗电流。本系列产品不仅符合汽车电子产品可靠性标准“aec-q100”(grade1)的要求,还内置了车载应用所需的各种保护电路。
