概要
本系列产品采用高耐压工艺，实现了42v的业界超高耐压，还可与一次电源（直接连接12v电池）相连接，在使用电压容易受情况影响而急剧波动的电池电源时，有助于提高产品的可靠性。另外，该系列产品的耐压范围宽达2.7v～38v，适用于各种应用。不仅如此，通过采用rohm自有的内部拓扑结构，使功耗比普通产品低20%左右，实现了仅为1.9ma的业界超低消耗电流。本系列产品不仅符合汽车电子产品可靠性标准“aec-q100”（grade1）的要求，还内置了车载应用所需的各种保护电路。
