bd9s231nux-c是一款内置低导通电阻功率mosfet的同步整流降压型dc-dc转换器。可输出最大2a的电流。其开关频率高达2.2mhz，因此允许使用小型电感器。该产品采用电流模式控制，具有高速瞬态响应性能。另外，还内置有相位补偿电路，仅用很少的外置元器件即可构建应用产品。
