近年来，随着照明用的小型电源和电泵用电机的性能提升，对于在这些应用中发挥开关作用的mosfet的更小型产品需求高涨。通常，对于super junction mosfet而言，在保持高耐压和低导通电阻特性理想平衡的同时，很难进一步缩小体积。rohm通过改进内置芯片的形状，在不牺牲以往产品性能的前提下开发出款更小更薄的sot-223-3封装产品。
概要
与以往to-252封装（6.60mm×10.00mm×2.30mm）的产品相比，面积减少约31%，厚度减少约27%，有助于实现更小、更薄的应用产品。另外，还支持to-252封装电路板上的布线图案（焊盘图案），因此也可以直接使用现有的电路板。
